Our Monthly Bills Were Mailed on February 23rd.  Due to Icy Conditions mail trucks were told NOT TO RUN.  So they did not leave the Post Office in Bells until Friday the 25th.  You should be getting them in a day or two.  Call us if you don't get your bill BY Monday the 7th.
