Online Bill Payment

Otherwise, you will need your account number, bill amount, and billing zip code to process your payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and eChecks. Payment By Phone
Please call our toll-free number 903-965-3746 to make payments by phone. Payments by phone will not be accepted on our office line. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and eChecks. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to P.O. Box 224, Bells TX 75414. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address, 40 Roy Ayres Road, Bells TX 75414. Please note that our office address and billing addresses are not the same. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. The hours of operation are: Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 3:00PM and Friday 9:00AM - 12:00PM.
Payment through other Financial Institutions
You may pay your bill online through other financial institutions (your bank's website). Log in to your bank and request a bill payment. Your bank will issue a check to Pink Hill. Please have the check mailed to Pink Hill Water Supply Corporation at P.O. Box 224 Bells, Texas 75414. If you have any further questions, please contact your financial institution. Thank you for your prompt payment.
Multi- Account Quick Pay
Customers with multiple accounts can now pay on all accounts at one time using the Quick Pay option. Please be sure to have your account numbers and balances available, as these will have to be input manually. Multi-Account Payments will be charged a single transaction fee (3% + $1.00 for Credit Card Transactions, $2.00 for eChecks) for the entire transaction.
Paperless Billing
To enroll in paperless billing, you must create a new online profile through our payment portal. There is no additional charge to enroll in paperless billing. If you choose to receive bills via email, you will no longer receive a bill in the mail. Your bill will be sent out the same day as printed bills.
Notice: If a business, personal, or eCheck payment is returned by the bank as insufficient or non-negotiable for any reason, the account for which the instrument was issued shall be assessed a return check charge of $30.00.
